Could not connect to server
How to fix:
- Run the game as an administrator.
- Wait 15 minutes, then log in again.
- If you still cannot connect, use a VPN or a ping reducer (NoPing, ExitLag, PingZapper).
- If that fails, message staff with your account login and IP.
- Open a Discord ticket: support.
Failed to download [play.exe]
Close every game window and run Launcher.exe so it can update.
Still stuck? Create a ticket.
Timeout after 15 seconds
Run as administrator, confirm your Windows account has admin rights, then launch through PingZapper or Cloudflare WARP.

Redownload the full client. If it happens again, create a ticket.
Could not open file
- Run as administrator.
- Temporarily disable antivirus.
- Redownload the client if it persists.
- Install All Visual C++ Runtimes.
Game won't open / crashes on launch
- Install All Visual C++ Runtimes.
- Install DirectX End-User Runtime.
- Right-click main.exe → Compatibility → Run as administrator + Windows 7 mode.
- Whitelist the game folder in antivirus.
Lag, freezes, or rubber-banding
Use a ping reducer pointed at London:
Lower resolution and effects, use Ethernet, and set main.exe to High priority in Task Manager.
