I Account Agreement

By registering on RezistMU, you agree to the following:

• All information related to your account(s) is property of RezistMU.
• We are not responsible for the security of your account name and password. Never enter your login details on a non-official website. Do not share login or personal details. If you share them, you risk losing items and the account.
• Problems from sharing accounts, passwords or personal information in cafés, public PCs or third-party tools are the owner’s responsibility. We will not support issues caused by sharing or negligence.
• Do not log into other users’ accounts. Hardware/account penalties can affect a shared PC (cafés, schools, libraries included). We do not support VPN / proxy / hide-IP tools or suspicious software.
• Multi-account policy: maximum 2 accounts per player and maximum 2 accounts online at the same time. More than 2 accounts, or playing more than 2 at once across PCs, IPs or VPNs, is prohibited. Abuse leads to account deletion and permanent IP/hardware restrictions.
• Character names and guild names must not contain Administrator / GM names or imitate staff.
• Impersonating RezistMU staff is a permanent ban.

II Donations, Store Credits and Refunds

Donation rewards / credits can be used for official RezistMU services such as webshop items, VIP, cosmetics or in-game services. Administrators and GMs are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items, regardless of cause. We will never replace or refund lost items, currencies or progress. This includes donations, items, seals, WCoin, Ruud, credits, levels, VIP, Hide and services.

III Digital Products and Services

RezistMU does not issue refunds for digital products and services once an order is submitted and delivered or activated. If delivery or functionality fails, contact support as soon as possible. Transactions are final. We do not accept chargeback abuse, partial refunds or full refund demands under normal circumstances. Ask support before you purchase if you have questions.

IV Hacking, Cheating and Scamming

• Hacks, cheats, exploits or malicious tools against the game, client, files or community result in permanent account / hardware / IP penalties.
• Abusing bugs, automation, credit/vote exploits, ranking manipulation, duping or any cheating can mean a permanent ban.
• Scamming in buy/sell/trade/off-trade or misleading players to steal items or currency is a permanent ban.

V Advertising

• Advertising or mentioning other MU servers, private communities or non-affiliated rankings is not allowed on Discord, Facebook, forum or in-game chat. Report invites. Helping advertise can mean a permanent penalty.
• Advertising non-gaming sites or adult content is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

VI Accessory to Rule Breaking

Anyone helping a rule-breaker (Discord, forum, socials or in-game) may be punished too. Warning someone to hide items, dodge staff, assist real-money trading or spread exploits can lead to a permanent ban.

VII Respect the Server and Staff

• Personal attacks, harassment or targeted negativity toward staff will not be tolerated. Penalties can include character ban, account ban and permanent IP/hardware restrictions.
• Challenging staff decisions through harassment or public disruption is not tolerated. Staff decisions are final.
• Staff may lock or delete posts they deem irrelevant, harmful or disruptive.
• Public discussion of staff actions is not allowed. Use private support / tickets to appeal.
• Staff may suspend characters or accounts for investigation and may act for the safety of the community.

VIII Free Play Server

RezistMU is a free-play private server. If you dislike the game, settings or community, you may leave. Interpretation of these rules is solely up to management. Rules can change at any time without notice. If you are unsure something is allowed, ask staff or do not do it.

IX In-Game Playing Rules

• This is a full PvP server — you can PK/KS as the game allows, unless an event or map rule states otherwise.
• Be polite. Respect players even if they are enemies.
• Hate speech, racism and real-life threats are strictly prohibited.
• Bad language: 1st warning / possible mute — 2nd character ban 3 days — 3rd account ban 7 days — 4th permanent ban (may include IP/hardware). Staff may escalate faster for severe racism, targeted harassment or threats.
• Lost event rewards from confirmed server-side bugs can be compensated only with clear proof (screenshots/video) and matching logs. Not every case is eligible.
• Selling accounts or items for real money or crypto is prohibited.
• Trade through official in-game systems and recognized currencies (WCoinC, Ruud, Zen, Goblin Points). Attempted real-money trading may result in account deletion.

X Vote Abuse

Using multiple accounts to vote for unfair rewards is prohibited. Vote abuse may remove or reset vote rewards/credits and add further penalties.

XI Automated Detection and Punishment

RezistMU may use automated systems to detect multi-account abuse, vote abuse or exploit patterns from IP/device activity. Accounts may be flagged, restricted or suspended for investigation. Appeals go through official support.

XII Account Security

RezistMU is not responsible for stolen accounts, lost information or scam losses caused by user negligence. Use a strong password, do not share accounts, avoid suspicious tools and use only official links.
